Mallika Srinivasan, a thought leader, strategist, and philanthropist, is deeply committed to driving progress in agriculture, industry, education, and healthcare in India. A true visionary, she is recognized for entrepreneurship, commitment to excellence and contribution to Indian agriculture machinery business and academia.

Currently, she is the Chairman & Managing Director of TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, the second largest tractor manufacturer and serves on the board of AGCO Corporation, USA, a Fortune 500 Company, representing TAFE as the single largest shareholder. Additionally, she holds the esteemed position of Chairperson of the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB), Government of India. She had served on the Global Board of the U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC) and has led the B20 – India Task Force on “Inclusive GVCs for Resilient Global Trade and Investment” held in August 2023. Her contributions extend to the boards of prominent organizations and institutions having served as an Independent Director on the boards of Tata Global Beverages Limited (Tata Consumer Products; 2008-2018), Tata Steel Limited (2012-2022), and the executive board of the Indian School of Business (ISB) - Hyderabad (2002- 2022). She was also a member of the governing board of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Madras and continues to serve on the governing body of public institutions - Sankara Nethralaya, Cancer Institute and Stella Maris College, Chennai.
